Nattokinase by Dr Williams

For over 1,000 years, the Japanese people have been eating natto—a fermented soybean-based food that looks and tastes like soft cheese. Natto contains a specialized enzyme called nattokinase, which was discovered in 1980 by Dr. Hiroyuki Sumi, and has since been the subject of 17 studies, including two small human trials in Japan. Nattokinase is one of several enzymes related to your circulation.
